How to reach us
The fastest way, and the one most orders come through.

When we answer
Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm PKT.
What to message us about
- Placing an order. Tell us the product and your address and we will place it for you.
- Changing or cancelling one. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. If the parcel has not been handed to the courier we can still change or cancel it.
- A damaged parcel. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will take it back or exchange it. We cover the cost of the return. The whole policy is on the returns page.
- Where your parcel is. You get a tracking number on WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.
- Whether we reach your city. We deliver nationwide. If your address is somewhere our courier does not reach, we will tell you before taking the order.
Most questions are already answered on the FAQ page, and it is quicker than waiting for us.
One thing we cannot help with: anything medical. We make cosmetics, not medicine, and we will not guess about a skin or scalp condition.
