Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Lahore and delivered within 6 working days of your order, anywhere in Pakistan.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of Rs 2,500 or more. Below that it is a flat Rs 200, anywhere in Pakistan.
Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver nationwide. If your address is somewhere our courier does not reach, we will tell you before taking the order.
The courier is PostEx. They carry every order we send, anywhere in Pakistan.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You get a tracking number on WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. If the parcel has not been handed to the courier we can still change or cancel it.
Payment
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged before that.
What else can I pay with?
Bank transfer is coming soon. For now, cash on delivery.
Is it safe to order here?
With cash on delivery you pay nothing until the parcel is in your hand. If you would rather order through WhatsApp, that works too — message us and we will place it for you.
Products
What is in the Rosemary Hair Toner?
A 250 ml rosemary hair toner with nine botanicals, free of silicone, sulphate and paraben, and made for all hair types. The full ingredient list is on the product page.
Which lip balm flavour should I pick?
The same balm underneath — strawberry is the sweetest, lavender is softer and more herbal, and cocoa butter is the warmest. Each name is the scent, not an ingredient. The strawberry leaves a light tint on the lips; the other two do not. All three are on the lip balm page.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Every ingredient is listed in full, but everyone reacts differently. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy to any ingredient listed, patch test before full use.
Where are they made?
Made in Pakistan, in small batches.
Returns & refunds
Can I return something?
Yes, if your product arrives damaged or expired. Message us on WhatsApp and we will take it back or exchange it — we cover the cost of the return.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, counted in working days. Our week is Monday to Friday, so a parcel delivered on a Friday leaves you until Tuesday, not Sunday.
What about opened lip balm?
Returns and exchanges are for products that arrive damaged or expired. If yours did, message us on WhatsApp and we will take care of it, including the cost of the return.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will take it back or exchange it. We cover the cost of the return.
How long does a refund take?
Within one week.
