How much is delivery?

Free on orders of Rs 2,500 or more. Below that it is a flat Rs 200, anywhere in Pakistan.

• Rs 200 on an order under Rs 2,500.
• Free on an order of Rs 2,500 or more.
• The same rate for every address in Pakistan.

Delivery is part of what you hand the courier, not something charged before. Both product pages and the cart work out the delivered total for your own basket, so you see the exact figure before you order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from Lahore and delivered within 6 working days of your order, anywhere in Pakistan.

What a working day means here

Our working week is Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not working days, so they are not counted — which means an order placed late in the week has a weekend sitting inside its six working days, and takes longer in calendar days than an order placed on a Monday.

The six working days are counted from when you place the order, not from when the parcel leaves us. They include the time we take to pack it and hand it to PostEx, so there is nothing to add on top.

Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver nationwide. If your address is somewhere our courier does not reach, we will tell you before taking the order.

The courier is PostEx. They carry every order we send, anywhere in Pakistan.

If nobody is at the address, or the parcel is refused at the door, PostEx brings it back to us. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it again.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You get a tracking number on WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. If the parcel has not been handed to the courier we can still change or cancel it.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged before that.

What else can I pay with?

Bank transfer is coming soon. For now, cash on delivery.
